Objects and Purpose of this study club shall be to advance its members professionally, to provide a vehicle for exchange of ideas and continuing dental education and to promote good fellowship between the members of the club and other members of related health professions.

Active Members shall be licensed, practicing dentists.

Honorary Members shall be persons of distinction, other than dentists. 

Members of the study club meet periodically in various locations within the United States and globally to discuss topics pertinent to the advancement of professional dentistry.
